Heart for home inc IS located in jacsonville, FLORIDA.  it is a registered NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM ALL FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
